Our Approach
Because each set is produced in small, limited batches, we're not able to accept returns for change of mind. We do stand behind the quality of every set we send out.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your set arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How to Request Help
Email hello@salonmetropolitanbk.com with your order number. We aim to respond within two business days.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
